Research

We have often been involved in the development, piloting or evaluation of the approaches and methods that we adopt in our consultancy work. For example, we developed Work Positive for NHS Health Scotland and received additional funding from HSE to align it with the HSE Management Standards for work-related stress. We use this approach in our stress management consultancy. Our research capability therefore complements our consultancy work as it ensures that the approaches and methods we adopt are evidence-based.
